DO YOU NEED A PERMIT OR LICENSE TO SELL COOKIES ???/?

hi it 's summer vacation and i wanted to make a little cash i wanted to sell some home made cookies but im not sure do you have to get a permit ???or something and if so how do i do that ?????? and i wanted to sell it near a gym or park im 13 years old if anyone also has any good buisness idea's thanxxx =)

you probably need some sort of permit or business license, which is dumb. but i agree. Just dont worry about that and sell them and if you get caught from someone, say that you didnt know. Its not like they can do much to a 13 year old. I'm not sure if selling sweets near a gym is a good idea though. try asking some stores, maybe like kmart of some small family owned shop. Good Luck
