Will my USPS package come today?

I ordered some games on Walmart.com and it shipped my games via UPS Mail Innovations and I checked the tracking number today and it arrived in a city near me at 3:40 AM, so will it come? I live in Rockville, MD and my package is in Gaithersburg, MD right now. Here's some more extra infos on my tracking number!
