Is legal to buy inventory from an anonymous seller?

I would record all transaction but can I keep vendors anonymous if they ask to be. Is that legal to do? I want to be an entrepreneur and want to learn how to be.
What if the seller don't want to pay taxes on their goods, FOR EXAMPLE, lets say its homemade burritos or sandwiches. I take what they make at wholesale price and sell it for double to triple the price on a food truck.

is it legal. sure. IS it normal, under NO circumstances.

merchants want exposure-their name in front of everyone.

IN MY OPINION--any supplier of goods who wants to HIDE is not selling goods legally obtained.

ASK him/her why he=she wants to have their name be hidden?
UNLESS they have a license to sell ONLY to other licensees. and you are not carrying the
franchise or license.

You can't get into trouble but they can.
