Setting up Cupcake business. Advice?

Hi, I am setting up a cupcake business from home. I have done tons of research, but I thought I would come on here for your hints, tips and advice. I live in the UK. Thanks in advance and happy baking!

Begin baking for starters. Try offering your cupcakes at family events and friends' birthdays. If the reception is good, try selling them at low profile markets. Try some weekend bazaars or offering it to a nearby restaurant. This way you avoid spending on rental expense at the same time getting a feel of the market. You'll get feedback from your customers and you'll discover what the actual consumers really look for.

When your sales becomes regular, you can now gun for bigger goals. You can begin opening your own cupcake stand or something then eventually opening your own store. After that, you branch out.

Baby steps from the beginning until the end. There's no point in hurrying since revenues isn't guaranteed but you are sure of the expenses.
