What does this part of a business email mean? please answer! really confused!?

So I got an email for an audition, and I've been wondering what this phrase means.. can someone please explain it to me?

"PMW Live will be selecting artists on a full 360 deal and partial 360 deals"

what does "on a full 360 deal and partial 360 deals".. I'm really confused as to what that means... please help

Full time and part time artists will be selected.

So, I am guessing that the full timers will have consistent work and the part timers will be on a 'when needed' basis.
