No, the very rich and famous won't do that, it is far too big a risk to take.
Their investments are either private limited or public listed with controlling holdings.

Much too much personal risk to house and home.
Remember, hope for the best but plan for the worst.

None. Sole proprietorship doesn't provide protection of personal assets separate from the business. Also, when you reach a certain income it's better to incorporate for tax reasons.
