More traffic for my funny website?
Hello everyone! I am very interested on the proper ways to get more traffic to my funny website www.whatyouthinkyoulooklike.com. It is extremely new and I am very active in promoting it in anyway that I can (facebook, twitter, posting links to other websites (which I don’t think some people like very much if it’s related!)). Overall for how new it is I am happy with the amount we have received so far, but that is vastly due to my promoting. I want to know of better ways to get more traffic with a proper audience that is there for the funny pictures, not by accident. It will always remain completely free so spending a lot of money to promote it seems silly. What are some good options? I am open to spend a little money for advertising so where would the best option for me be? Also, the website does not show up yet in the top of google under the exact name, should this change soon when more people view it? Thanks!

Since you don't really have a budget, your best bet would be to start a Facebook Fan Page and a Twitter Account. Your website is one that people would share with others, so social media is definitely the way to go to promote it.
As far as not showing up in Google, give it some time the crawlers will come by and properly index it eventually.
