How to get ready of these pop up ads I can't even read because these ad pop up?

Some days ago I had the same problem. I went to Control Panel - Programs (uninstall a Program) and I did start deleting all the unwanted search bars that have been installed in the last days. After that, I ran the Internet explorer fix tool from Microsoft and I got my problem solved.
