Yahoo Answers says I can't put any more links. My last two favorites are go to Target and Walmart's pages. They have sections for "free samples." Bookmark those and visit them regularly as they are updated.

You can also “like” your favorite companies or brands on facebook. Sometimes they post free offers. For example, Bath and Body Works is known for this!
