Where sites can I advertise my site on for free? Just want to get my new small business out there?

I am looking for free or inexpensive ways to advertise online that will create traffic but not break the bank. Any ideas?

Assuming you have no money, which your very professional looking site suggests otherwise, I would recommend the social networks. Create a page on facebook and twitter and try and gain followers. Post messages on already popular pages, try word of mouth. Another cheap suggestion is big yet cheap sites like snow day calculator (only an example) who only charge $25 a winter or $40 for two years.
