I would recommend website called Webiny. It provides many already made templates to be included on your website. You can setup website of any kind by simply following website builder(CMS). It has 250MB of free space and you can build up to 25 pages under the main website. Just register, you will receive all information with email, start building website and enjoy it!

Webs.com is free and very easy to use. To design a page you just drag and drop different boxes. I have made many sites and find that webs.com is the best.
