How can we help if we don't even know what anti-ad software you paid for?
Go to the website of the company that makes the software. See if there's an update you need to download. See if there's a Help or Support section where you can look up how to fix the problem or a forum or email where you can ask about it.

If you don't want to see ads, you don't have to pay anything. All you need to do is stop using Internet Explorer, switch to Firefox, and install their FREE Ad Block option.
