Good ptc sites available out there?

Well, I am looking for paid to click sites. That pay at least 4 cents per ad with 4 ads at least. I guess they are available. I have searched many, but because of their worst pay rate I never joined them. Do you think that paid to click sites with the rates I mentioned are still available?
