does the hook up ads on craglist works ?

i live in los angeles area. i posted this ad looking for a girl on craiglist.
i have been getting emails from girls asking me to click on some link.
is it all like this or real girls visit these ads to ? who are interested

Yeah, they work. However, most of the replies are bogus.

Tips:
In your ad, ask them to give the answer to a simple math question to prove they're real an a list of things they also have to provide (a pic, nearest major cross streets).
