How to post a question in linkedin?

How to post a question in Linkedin without sending to my connections?

Whnever I am trying to post a question for all to read & experts to answer ,nothing is happening!!Its still showing you have not posted any questions!!
What is the process?
I am doing everything like adding details,categorizing the question,checking the my question is focused around a specific geog loc...,etc etc even I tried adding a connection but even then the question is not appearing the forums!!
