Is There Any Legitimate Website Provide Work Opportunity From Internet?

Those survey, PTC sort of sites won't make much.
It's funny how rarely people mention their qualifications when asking about work on the internet, like the real world it can help if you have sales, design or programming experience.
You might check out the short term jobs listed on freelancer marketplace sites like elance.com, freelancer.com and odesk.com, you can look through the job listing before signing up, there should be no worker signup fee for most of the 10 most reputable top freelance sites, while mostly for programmer and designer types, there are other jobs, like writing articles for web sites. See how non-technical they can get in the Anything Goes section of freelancer.
One of the other freelance marketplaces, Elance.com paid out some
$37.6 Million in the 3rd quarter of 2011 and has a nice breakdown of the tasks performed. Odesk projects online workers will earn some 1 Billion dollars in 2012.

There are also "micro task site"s that pay small change for a few minutes work, the original "Mechanical Turk" was created by Amazon to 'automate' tasks a computer couldn't do, like pick the better of 2 photos, they named mturk.com after the 18th century chess playing machine that had a man hidden inside. Many of the tasks are boosting the popularity of sites by visiting or voting them up, there are also more shady actions they may ask you to take, including signing up for product trials for which they get a commission, your choice. Having Facebook, Google+ and social bookmarking site helps your qualification. Shorttask.com and microworkers.com are similar sites.
