What are some good Internet companies ?

My mom is wanting to get Internet for the house. But she wants it under $40 a month. Any help? Please and thanks :)

Yvette your going have to mention what area you live in, most of the ISPs have limited territories.

As long as you don't plan to do big downloads or to view hires streaming video a slower connection (ie basic DSL) may do.
