Need help PLEASE! Amazon related?

Ok so I ordered an item on amazon, and before it was even shipped I cancelled it. The seller company sent me back an email saying no problem that the order was cancelled and the order was taken away from my recent orders. Out of nowhere today I get the package? Was this a mistake? What should I do? Does this mean I got charged?
