Question about my google ranking for my business dropping ?

I had my customers go and rate and review a club I work at, and handed them cards for completing the survey. The rating doubled in a matter of days and then it dropped by 4 points the next day. Did my business get blacklisted for having too many people rate it? What happened ? I don't get it..

Google may have slapped the site for suspicious activity. Hopefully it will bounce back in a few days.
