The top most reputed Affiliate Site is Clickbank, but they do not pay per click. You would have to get an affiliate account from them and promote the products at your blog. Only a successful sale will get you a commission. If you are looking to advertise banners based on per click, you can open an account with google adsense where you would need to place codes in your HTML and they will auto place sponsored ads base on the relevance of your site.
Another great banner advertisement is Bidvertiser, they carry a wide variety of categories.
