Link Manager Wordpress?

I'm looking for a plugin for Wordpress which will allow me 2 monitor other people's sites with my sites link on, so if they try to remove it I'll get an E-mail so I can remove theirs and not let my site look bad... Thanks & any information you have will be much appreciated...
