My website has a global ranking under 2 mill and A USA rank of 165k. Why is it not 1st paged?
There is another site with no SEO work done with a 9 million ranking sitting on the first and not moving...furthermore the first 5 pages of google are dominated by giant search engines yelp ect not even real companies there should be a law against this BS...I am beginning to really think SEO is FAKE
Alexa visits are totally irrelevant they only count OTHER ALEXA MEMBERS not page visits.....

What about backlinks? Do you have quality backlinks? A few high rank .gov and .edu is worth more than thousands of low rank backlinks.
If you are trying to compete for high competitive keywords, forget it! The high ranking for theese keywords have SEO experts working for them.

Not at all mate. Where are you getting your rank from? Alexa?
Alexa and all the other ranking style websites are not google and do not use the same algorythms as search engines. You are better off looking at Page Rank and even then Google's Page Rank system is not an exact science anymore.
Are you performing your own seo? Are you up-to-date on the latest search engine algorithms, like the google panda and google penguin.
Are you performing both on-page seo and off-page seo?
What is your url? What is your competitors url? And what is the keyword/s you are aiming for?

Comparing 2 of my sites, one has Alexa 500k and 40 visitors per day
One has 2 million and 700 visitors per day.
Alexa rankings are totally irrelevant above 100.000.
