Can I put ™ next to my website name?
I have a website and I worker about robotics news. Can I legally put ™ next to the name without registration. I already know that the r in the circle has to be registered with the government.

Without registering it as your trademark you can't put TM with it. First you have to register it as your legal trademark then only.

You have to have a trade mark on the name in website or website design to do that. You can get one through the government... or any other LEGAL place to do that.
