What does exclude let means?

We are looking for a double bedroom flat to rent in london and we have come across some official terms like exclude let. what is the meaning of it . does that mean we will pay more than what is advertised for the rent??

Ours read : rent £475 excl deposit £675 - meaning that the rental is £475 per month exclusive of anything else like bills etc etc.
