Why is my business email merging with my personal email?
I have previously had a different yahoo small business email account associated with my yahoo id and had no issue. I delete that and added my new yahoo small business email and it automatically merged it with my personal email inbox. I want to have access to different inboxes so I can send emails from my business account. The way it has merged the inboxes also makes it impossible to add my new yahoo small business email on my smartphone and tablet.
Please help me separate my inboxes.
I believe you somehow forwarded your business inbox to your personal. I went to smallbusiness.yahoo.com and clicked email control panel then additional options to set my forwarding and catch-all preferences.
