can I build an auction type site with yahoo site builder?

A seller will upload items and the customer will purchase it then the seller ships it. Is this possible with site builder?

Yahoo! SiteBuilder does not offer the specific features you are looking for. Our Merchant Solutions packages (smallbusiness.yahoo.com/ecommerce/f... allow merchants to sell their own products easily; however, we do not offer any auction functionality at this time.
