How does one complain to Yahoo! about an "E-commerce by Yahoo!" member's practices?
Notice this Web page-- order.store.yahoo.net/OS/stat?yhst-... --and further notice that although the order is canceled it's (supposedly) been shipped, subsequent to its cancellation! My bank has debited me for this canceled order and all attempts to resolve the matter with Ridout Plastics have been in vain, as that corporation refuses to communicate further with me. No parcel from Ridout Plastics ever arrived anyway, but the debit to my bank account remains firmly in place--as does the silence from Ridout Plastics.
Since a Yahoo! Web page is being used by Ridout Plastics--and since Ridout Plastics also sports an "E-commerce by Yahoo!" logo on its site--I thought Yahoo! management would be interested in what's being done unethically in Yahoo!'s name. But, try as I might, I cannot find an avenue for filing such a complaint anywhere on the Yahoo! Web site. "Complaints" just aren't allowed, apparently. So, how does one complain to Yahoo! about this matter? Your HELPFUL suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
