Do I need to tell my customers who my product suppliers are?

I have a mobile car wash. Do I have to disclose where I buy my products from? How do you answer that question when a customer asks you?

It's a trade secret but you buy professional products from a wholesaler in bulk. It's no one's business but be nice about it.
