Yes In Dress Scam or Legit?

Im planning on getting married in November and Im on the prowl for a decently cheap and nice looking dress, I searched on google and came across a site called yesindress.com I looked through what they had and fell in love with one particular dress. I would like to buy it but before doing so I tried looking up customer reviews for the sight but couldn't find much so I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a legit website or a scam because I dont want to get burned.

The About Us page mentions that you are buying direct from China, despite the domain name being registered to a residential address in Phila, Pennsylvania (oddly abbreviated city) the +1.381 phone number seems to be for Serbia? might fit with the domain name owner name Osadful, Marina

Any store site that doesn't reveal an address or phone number in the Contact Us page is not to be trusted, those offering to take Western Union, which amounts to mailing them cash, are often shady.

The Chinese store sites commonly show catalog images stolen from designer sites and deliver inferior copies if they deliver anything.

The other site recommended above looks better, had been around for a couple of years, but shows 3 Asian and 1 UK office address.
