When someone orders something online does their real name have to be used?

I own a online store and got an order with a crazy name the other day. You knew it wasn't real. I called my bank and they said, the name doesn't match the card but the address and everything else is right.
The name on the order was something like C Fen
I googled the address and found the the last name of the people who lived there are Feneragan or something like that...
Other Answers
Some only accept payment when the name and the address on the credit card match the delivery name and address. May not matter with some forms of payment but would leave you with less legal recourse of there is any delivery problem.
