Do anybody know a app/website that is 100% real and pays you in through Paypal?

I was wondering if anybody know any app/website that allows you to get paid through Paypal when you do simple tasks.

I haven't checked back but Microworkers had been saying they would be restoring Paypal as a payment method, (their practices may be too shady for that payment service?)
