Does Anyone Own their own business?

My employees keep asking me tax questions, well I can answer all but one how long does it take the irs to receive the w-2 earnings report I submitted ? I just sent out all my W-2 on Tuesday

It does not take long at all perhaps 3 days at a minimum....however keep in mind that this is the busiest time of the year for those who are processing the paperwork into the computers as a permanent record and that can take up to a 6 month process to do....or more.....This will not affect their filing tax returns and receiving money back if due......
