how much it cost to ship to Cyprus from the US?

I was ask from someone in cyprus on the cost to ship to there from the US. It is 7oz and will be shipped in an 8 1/2x6 1/2 inch envelope. I ask them for a postal code. But all they gave me was what looks like a first building address and Cyprus. Do they even have a postal code or zip code.

You can look up a postal code for Cyprus at the link. You will need one to send anything there from the U.S.
