I am stuck on this business question?
Fayol thought that allowing employees to originate their own plans would increase motivation.
I see it as being false. What do you think? It appear Fayol thought companies shouldn't let individualism get ahead of the organizations focus. is this correct? The answer is FALSE?
I'd go with True.
If they allow the employees to originate a plan, that doesn't mean that it will be the final version of the plan. It could bring some fresh new ideas to light.
