It's for a TCBY store. I can't change any of the words, I am just making the graphic. Any tips would be great.

Type spacing seems a bit crowded and hard to read.
Text on solid BG may look a bit old school but works.
Text over a portion of a giant ice cream filling the banner background might attract the eye, on web pages overcoming "banner blindness" takes some ingenuity.
