I gave my gift card number away.Did i get scammed?
I looked on Craigslist and searched if anyone wanted to buy a Safeway 450$ gift-card and I found some one I called him and he asked for my pin number and card number and address and said he was going to come in 30 mins.Now its been 2 hours did he like steal all the money or something?

Yes you got scammed. What he did was call Safeway, report the card stolen, and got a new card. The card you have is now worthless unless you can get to Safeway before he reports the fake theft
You NEVER give your card number or PIN to anyone for any reason

I would run down to the store and try the card, see if the available balance is reduced, spend what you can.
I'm not positive as to how someone uses ta grocer card# with out the card, they could record it onto another card if not an internet purchase.

Why on EARTH would you give him the numbers over the phone before he'd paid you for the card?
You probably got scammed sorry to say never give a pin or number out over the phone you should always get the cash upfront then let them use the card , if it came with a booklet try and phone the cancelling number or report it to the police if you stil have the number you called them on they might be doing it alot so the police will want to hear good luck trying to cancel it but it may be to late .
