How to get freelance writers for blog?

I have a new blog at highschoolsurvivalguide.net. It is a blog where you can get tips about high school and articles. I wondered where I can get free freelance writers.
One more thing guys, as I am a college student, I dont have funds. I need free sources only. I need people who can write free.

I would speak with the english department at the local high schools and set up a meeting to meet students who have a passion for writing. While you may not offer them money you can offer them experience. You can also post ads on craigslist and other classified sites to bring in some writers.
