Are there companies that can help and encourage writers ?

If I'm willing to write a novel for example.. is there any trusted company or whatever that could help by giving advices and editing and so on ?

I don't know about companies but there are other writers out there. I am sure if you look it up there is sites, chat just on this subject. I am a writer as well I blog every day.
