There's no way of telling. That's a very poor pic, and you provide no information as to what the ring is made of. Is it brass? Is it gold? If it's gold, what K? What sort of condition is it in?

It depends, too, on where you sell it. I think that pawn shops only pay the melt price, that is, they only pay for the weight of the precious metal. Jewelry stores will pay more, IF the ring is real gold, and IF it's in good condition, and IF it's a design that they think they can resell.
