FreeCarPay.Com legit?

My husband found an ad in the help wanted section of his school newspaper for freecarpay.com I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried this and how it turned out. We tried one called adcarpay.com and it turned out to be a scam. I don't want that to happen again. Any serious answers would be appreciated. Thanks!
* Just wanted to add that I've seen cars driving around my town and other places, so they obviously have to get these ads from somewhere

You can't REALLY think any of these are legit, can you?
