What happens if tower hobbies cancels your order?

I recently purchased a savage x 4.6 from tower hobbies & they kept telling me that my order could not be completed. So i called customer service & the bitch as lady just tells me that shes gonna cancel my order & they had already took money from my credit card. Till now they have not gave me my money back. What should i do??
