Is ouya a scam yes or no?!?!?

i pledged to get the ouya counsil and now i am reading that it is a scam! can someone please tell me something about this? i dont want some pissed off redditer answer i want an actual person answer who has read this stuff. please help!

I don't know where you heard it was a "scam"... but it's not. The people working on it are very well-known in the development world, news and announcements come out regularly, and all indications are that they're on track to ship in March, as planned.
