Do any programmers think this book might be a good purchase for Web Develop. Intro?

Hey I wanna get a general consensus of webpage development and wanted some opinions with anyone who may know if this book is any good, and if you have something better please feel free to share...take into account that at this point I wouldn't wanna invest more than about 40 bucks, at this point...Thanks in advance. I bought a book called building a website for dummies (not sure of exact name).
I'm a fan of these dummies books. Have learned many things.
Spent one entire weekend going at it.
Learned how to do this.
The trick - find a good and easy book with short chapters.
Never buy a book online - look through it first.
You have to like the format.
