i baught 2 items on ebay using paypal and the seller is a ripoff how would i proceed to get my money back?

didnt recieve item ye since october 15-16. i look at feedback from other buyers and one recent, (october 26th), post said he got "robbed " :/

It's pretty easy usually. You can go onto eBay and open a dispute and let eBay take care of it, you will get an eBay notification if you need to provide proof of anything but in general the customer always wins!
