Do you actually get paid?

It's basically a scam. Sites like that aren't worth the time. Even if you do get paid, its not a lot. To get a lot you have to sit there for hours, taking surveys for months.

My advice: get a job or sell things you've out grown for extra cash. Not only will you avoid being bored, but you'll make a lot more money! :)
