More harm. I mean even grown ups can't pick up after themselfs, thats why hidpanics and sometimes asians pick up after americans...thats not just in america though.(sorry i'm not intending to be rude,but last time I went to the philipines it was way clean, and the beaches in mexico have actual blue unpolluted water with very clear sand)
