Is decalsUSA a reputable site?

i'm a little weary of ordering things from the internet, just wandering if anyone has purchased from them before? if they're credible.

I haven't dealt with them, but a bit of research shows the Florida registered site is 6 years old, way better than some 1 month old Chinese owned site.
