Is presta (where you can rent an ipad) a real business?

It seems to be like those overpriced furniture rental businesses, anyone asking for weekly payments is going to be expensive, with interest higher than the product cost.

That $17 a week they mention for an older iPad 2 adds up to $884 for a year for a product selling at Apple for $399. The basic $499 New iPad costs you $23/week, totaling $1196.

(the footnote on the front page mentions: "Products with a cash price of $239 equate to a weekly rental payment of $9" which adds up to $468 for the year.)

The owners: ThinkCash uses their site paydayone.com for their main email contact point, they own a number of finance oriented sites.
