Is Zero Gravity Management a legit/good agency?

I only ask since I have been looking around again for representation. I had just signed up for IMDb Pro and came across Zero Gravity through Kellan Lutz's page. I want to believe that the company is legit but you never know, sometimes there are a lot of scams still. Lutz can have a new agent for all I know. I just need representation because I feel a lot safer with documents. Thanks :)

They are not an agency, they are a management company.

An agency is a company that finds you work. A management company like Zero Gravity does not find work for their talent. The management company manages the performer's career development and will help the actor decide which projects to accept and which to reject, which jobs will help or hurt their career, etc. They also help manage the client's public image - their look, their publicity photos, etc.

You don't get a management company until you already are an established actor with an agency
