Help me find this commercial?

I'm looking for a commercial about the spiral over. The one I'm thinking of had a mans voice, and circling text. Something about needing a job, can't get a job without experience, and maybe not being able to pay for college because no job?

Ring a bell, anyone? Fingers crossed that it's not something local and hard to find.
